Thomas L. Jones was born May 16th, 1936 in the Bronx, New York, to the late Viola Christian and the late Arelias Jones. Tom was born to a large family he was one of thirteen children. Tom met and married Dorothy Barbour, and out of that union were born three children. Two sons and one daughter (Thomas L. Jones Jr., Kirk Jones, and Wanda Jones-Green).
Thomas was a humble man who spoke his mind whether you liked it or not, there were no if and or buts about it. Thomas' smile could light up a room with his infamous saying "Hey baby". He lived a full life and was loved by many.
Later in his life he married Harriet Ested, and they enjoyed life together for over 25 years. Tom was surrounded by love until he took his last breath on April 23, 2017. He was preceded in death by his brothers Herman, Alexander, Ralph, Teddy, and Kenneth. Sisters' preceeded in death Mabel, Annie Elenore, and Florine.
In addition to his loving wife and children Thomas will be mourned by his grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
