Raymond loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, barbecuing, and loved watching the Major League Baseball games.
Raymond’s motto was,” I just want to keep the peace.”
On Tuesday, July 11, 2023, after a brief stay at home in hospice care, Raymond was peacefully called to be with the LORD. He was surrounded by his loving family.
Raymond was preceded in death by six brothers, James Weldon Parker, Lloyd Bullock, John Henry Bullock, Clarence Bullock, Josh Bullock Jr., Joseph Lee Bullock Sr.
He was preceded in death by four children, Joyce Ann, Vicky, Linda, and Timothy.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his long- time partner Debra King.

Three loving brothers, (twins) Marvin Bullock, Melvin Bullock both of Raleigh, NC, Alonzo Bullock (Cynthia) of Greensboro, NC, one loving sister, Bessie Hyman- Greene Brooklyn, NY
Raymond has 41 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren. He loved all his family, children, and grandchildren, and most of all he loved God, Lastly, he truly had a “special love” for Isaiah “ZayZay” who he loved like a son. Raymond leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends that loved and respected him dearly.
His final service and resting place will be held in Rocky Mount, NC on July 27, 2023 at 11:00 am viewing, and 12:00pm funeral service. Officiating: Reverend George Terry.
