James A. Jarmond

Mr. James Allen Jarmond departed this life for his Heavenly Home on Wednesday, June 21, 2017.

He was born on September 26, 1945, the eldest of five children to James Henry and Alma Jarmond in Harlem, NY. The family relocated to Wyandanch, NY in 1957, where he graduated from Wyandanch High School as a Wyandanch Warrior, excelling in wrestling, track, and football.

James' passion in life was car racing so we are very sure he is driving his dream race car, all tricked out, with the chrome shining, exceeding all the speed limits.

Preceded in Heaven by his son, Edward Allen, James leaves to treasure his memories his wife and soulmate, Marvina of 38 years; children, James Cornell, Lynelle, Jyllian, Jason and Joshua; brothers, Thomas and Tony; sisters, Edna and Mercedes; fourteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
